During the pandemic, everybody missed the get-together functions, wedding ceremonies, tripping to loved places, etc. In those days we were fighting with Covid 19 variants. Later the days are worried about the vaccinations. Most people overcome the scenario however some of them still stick to it.

Reasons why FOMO gets worse during the pandemic
The FOMO comes on when we are comparing ourselves with others. What do they have and what we do not have? In Pre-covid, you may have experienced the same but now it is worsening.

If you are not interested to go out for a dinner with friends, you would deny it. Then finally when you are comfortable to arrange a party with the same ones. Slowly pushing back to your normal life will give you mental and physical health.

Practice living in the present makes a vast difference in your character. This is a great way to help in reducing anxiety about the past or future. Lives in the present enhance your concentration power.
FOMO is common, but the usage of social media makes an urge on the stage. When you notice that cell phones, tv, and other media-related devices make you anxious better for you to avoid or reduce their usage of the same.
Patience
Millions of people are suffering from anxiety, depression, and FOMO. All these things are getting worse when we didn't give time to run from it. It needs time to recover. So one must have the patience to get over it.
