Let’s get started! Tell us a bit about yourself. For example, name, profession, and personal interests.
I am a designer. I started my career in the healthcare industry and now in the user experience design discipline. I believe design holds the possibilities to increase the quality of life, broaden new economic sectors and solve the gaps that impact societies, industries or nation. My primary moniker is The Bauhaus Mouse.
Interesting! What was your latest Hackernoon Top story about?
My last article was Humans, Data and Emergent Factors. It was a little while back and was about the interactions of networks and information in an open system. It was a reference to the free market and how every technological invention is an effect of patterns of progression.
Do you usually write on similar topics? If not, what do you usually write about?
I love technology and have an interest in this field. I have works that are in the vein of personal writing.
Great! What is your usual writing routine like (if you have one?)
I have used AI platforms to gather information and address things on my mind. It’s an additional form of topic formation. I think it opens new methods for experimental writing which I think is fascinating.
Being a writer in tech can be a challenge. It’s not often our main role, but an addition to another one. What is the biggest challenge you have when it comes to writing?
Writing is challenging when I lack inspiration.
What is the next thing you hope to achieve in your career?
I am a relentless learner. I am always searching for something.
Wow, that’s admirable. Now, something more casual: What is your guilty pleasure of choice?
Next question.
Music and film.
I published my first and it has been a milestone for me as a writer. It’s been a humbling experience and I am grateful for the inspiration.
I am glad I have a place to share my thoughts on technology.
Thanks for taking time to join our “Meet the writer” series. It was a pleasure. Do you have any closing words?
