Playwright vs Cypress for REST API Automated Tests: Who Comes Out on Top?

A somewhat strange final conclusion in light of the fact that it is also indicated here that Playwright is better in both installation and run. Playwright is obviously the clear winner in both UI and API testing. The only thing I like about Cypress is its browser-based test runner however, this doesn't matter for the API testing.
